Sargento Foods signs definitive agreement to acquire La Terra Fina
Sargento Foods announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire California-based La Terra Fina, a premium dips, spreads and quiches brand with approximately 250 employees, from private affiliate Catamount Management Corporation. The sale is targeted to be finalized in late September; financial details were not disclosed.
