Sateri announced the official launch of THE LYOCELL COMPANY, a corporate brand dedicated to its lyocell business, at the Tank Shanghai art center. The brand is positioned around scale, expertise and trust, backed by four production bases in Rizhao, Changzhou, Nantong and Jining, and a marketing network covering Asia, Europe and North America.

Sateri agrees to acquire Funing Aoyang's viscose fibre business
Sateri entered into an agreement with Funing Aoyang Technology to acquire its viscose fibre business. The acquisition remained subject to procedural approvals by relevant authorities.

Sateri begins lyocell production in China
