Sazerac acquires Garrard County Distilling facility
Sazerac acquired the Garrard County Distilling facility in Lancaster, Kentucky, announcing the deal on 21 August 2026. The site, which opened in 2024 on about 210 acres with two column stills and two 20,000-square-foot barrel warehouses, will support Sazerac's broader production needs, and the company expects to hire additional team members.

375 Park Avenue Spirits announces Hooghoudt U.S. distribution agreement
375 Park Avenue Spirits announced a supply and distribution agreement with Family Distillery Hooghoudt. Under the agreement, 375 Park Avenue Spirits and Sazerac's Bond & Royal craft division will handle sales and operations and support marketing for Hooghoudt's export portfolio; the agreement is effective January 1, 2022.
