    Septwolves products failed spot checks multiple times: CCTV exposed that the fiber content of its "wool scarf" did not match; shoe sole-upper peel strength, luggage oscillating impact performance, wool sweater fiber content and color fastness, among others, fell short; in 2021 three men's shoe models were named as substandard. In 2010 it was also involved in a clothing "labeling gate". Products were removed from shelves for rectification, and the brand was damaged.
