Shanghai Ravioli Corporation recalls frozen Buffalo chicken products produced without inspection
The Shanghai Ravioli Corporation recalled thousands of pounds of frozen, not ready-to-eat Buffalo chicken products that were produced without the benefit of inspection, according to the US Department of Agriculture. The recalled products were produced between July 8, 2025 and June 29 of this year and distributed in every New England state except Connecticut, and feature false marks of inspection with establishment number EST. 18004.

Shanghai Ravioli Corporation of Boston, MA, is recalling 24,900 pounds of frozen, not ready-to-eat buffalo chicken products produced without the benefit of inspection, the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service announced. The products bear false marks of inspection with establishment number EST. 18004 and were shipped to foodservice locations in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. No confirmed reports of illness or injury have been reported.
