SCG completes acquisition of a 13% stake in CKDB
Siam Cement Group completed its acquisition of a 13% stake in building materials retailer Caturkarda Depo Bangunan through its joint venture with Siam Global House. SCG said the acquisition was intended to support its strategic expansion in the ASEAN region and that it might increase its stake later.

SCC Concrete Products and Aggregates and BIMobject enter joint venture agreement
Siam Cement Group’s concrete and aggregates division, SCC Concrete Products and Aggregates, entered into a joint venture agreement with BIMobject to form BIMobject Thailand Co., Ltd. The venture is structured 51:49 in favour of CPAC.
