Sienna announced an agreement to acquire a 50% ownership interest in an 11-asset seniors' living portfolio in Ontario and Saskatchewan alongside Sabra, which will acquire the other 50%. Sienna will manage the portfolio, and the sellers are Extendicare Inc.
