Ford signs non-binding agreement for Turkish battery site
Ford said it signed a non-binding agreement with SK On and Koc Holding to build in Turkey a large battery production site for commercial vehicles.

SK Innovation completes battery-business spin-off
SK Innovation completed the spin-off of its battery business on 1 October. The independent battery division is called SK On; SK Innovation will manage it as a subsidiary and hold all of its shares.
