Diversified UK & Europe announced the acquisition of Smart Buildings Media Limited (SBM), whose portfolio comprises the Smart Buildings Show event and the digital publications Smart Buildings Magazine and Smart Infrastructure Magazine. From 2027, Smart Buildings Show is planned to run co-located with Digital Construction Week and GEO Business at Excel London on 23–24 June, and longtime SBM staff John Hatcher and Claire Hatchett will join Diversified UK & Europe.
