Sime Darby Plantation disposes of its VBS stake
Sime Darby Plantation, through its wholly owned unit Ultra Oleum, disposed of its entire 52% stake in Verdant Bioscience to SIPEF and Ackermans & van Haaren for US$8.61 million. VBS ceased to be an indirect subsidiary of Sime Darby Plantation.
