SPARC seeks to acquire Brooks Brothers’ global business
Brooks Brothers said it had submitted an application seeking approval for a $305 million stalking-horse bid agreement with SPARC. Under the agreement, SPARC intended to acquire Brooks Brothers’ global business, including at least 125 retail stores; the bid remained subject to the bankruptcy-court process.

SPARC agreed to acquire Bioprojet's rights to SCD-044
SPARC announced an agreement with Bioprojet to exclusively acquire Bioprojet's rights to the investigational medicine SCD-044, including assignment of related patents and patent applications. Bioprojet is eligible for milestone payments and royalties on net sales.
