    NewBold Technologies announces acquisition of Spencer Technologies

    NewBold Technologies, a South Carolina-based retail services provider and portfolio company of Boston-based Fort Point Capital, announced its acquisition of Medway-based retail services provider Spencer Technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. NewBold said the deal broadened its reach across North America and improved its project management capabilities; Spencer CEO David Strickler will stay on as a consultant.
