Stamps.com said Ken McBride stepped down as CEO and would remain at the company through year-end to assist with the transition. Nathan Jones is replacing him.

Thoma Bravo completed its acquisition of Stamps.com for approximately $6.6 billion in cash. Stamps.com stockholders were entitled to receive $330 in cash for each share they owned.
