Oklahoma couple sues Insurance Commissioner over unreleased State Farm roof claims investigation
An Oklahoma City couple, Craig and Elizabeth Gutierrez, filed a lawsuit against Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner Glen Mulready seeking the release of a state investigation report into how State Farm handles roof claims from Oklahoma policyholders. The couple, who were denied a new roof after 2024 hail damage, say the report is overdue and could reveal critical information in their two-year legal battle with State Farm.
