Immofinanz expands STOP SHOP with acquired retail parks
Immofinanz reported acquisitions of retail parks that expanded its STOP SHOP portfolio. The Voitsberg, Austria, purchase closed during the fourth quarter of 2020, and the acquisitions in Austria, the Czech Republic and Croatia had been finalized; the Serbian transaction was still expected to close in the first quarter of 2021.
