Stord completes acquisition of Shipwire from CEVA Logistics
Stord announced it closed its acquisition of Shipwire, a subsidiary of CEVA Logistics, on January 1, 2026. The deal adds 12 fulfillment locations, strengthens Stord's presence in the EU/UK, and gives Stord access to CEVA's global warehouse network of over 120 million square feet across more than 170 countries. Terms were not disclosed.
