Shanghai Xiruan Technology announced that it had completed a Series B funding round of more than RMB 100 million, led by Taikang Life, with Langmafeng Ventures participating and existing investors continuing to invest.

Sunshine City announced a conditional termination of its cooperation agreement with Taikang
Sunshine City announced that its controlling shareholder, Sunshine Group, and Taikang Life and Taikang Pension planned to sign a supplementary agreement. Under its terms, the existing cooperation agreement would automatically terminate once the transfer of Taikang's shares was completed.

ForwardX Robotics (灵动科技) announced that it completed a Series C funding round of nearly RMB 200 million. Taikang Life led the round, with Qualcomm Ventures and Haochen Capital also participating. The company said the funds would mainly support new-product research and development, supply-chain deployment, commercial delivery and overseas expansion.
