Federal judge permanently enjoins OFS International over six connections
A federal judge issued a permanent injunction prohibiting OFS International from manufacturing, marketing, selling, licensing, or providing threading services for six connections. Tenaris had alleged that the connections were based on confidential information and trade secrets stolen from its subsidiary IPSCO Tubulars.
