Ion Bank completes merger with The Cooperative Bank
Ion Bank completed its merger with The Cooperative Bank, expanding into Massachusetts and increasing its assets to approximately $3.4 billion. The four Greater Boston branches will operate as TCB, a division of Ion Bank.

The Co-operative Bank appoints Mark Wilkshire CEO
The Co-operative Bank announced Mark Wilkshire’s appointment as chief executive. He is scheduled to start on January 25, 2022; Bevan Miller will remain interim chief executive until then.
