The Shyft Group acquired F3 MFG, an aluminum truck body and accessory manufacturer. F3 will join Shyft Specialty Vehicles and continue to go to market under the DuraMag and Magnum brands.

Utilimaster begins production of first parcel-delivery EV order
The Shyft Group announced that its Utilimaster brand was producing its first production order of electric vehicles designed specifically for parcel fleet customers on a new flexible body assembly line. Production of the vehicles was expected to begin in 2021 on a dedicated EV chassis assembly line.
