FAW Xiali changes name and stock short name to China Railway Materials
The company said its stock short name changed from FAW Xiali to China Railway Materials effective 8 January 2021. It also planned to change its corporate name from Tianjin FAW Xiali Automobile Co., Ltd. to China Railway Materials Co., Ltd.

China Railway Materials to receive controlling stake in FAW Xiali
FAW Xiali announced that its controlling shareholder, China FAW Corporation Limited, would transfer its controlling stake in FAW Xiali to China Railway Materials Co., Ltd. without compensation. The transfer was conditional; if completed, China Railway Materials would become FAW Xiali’s controlling shareholder.
