    Bell announces sale of 49.9% stake in TowerCo

    Bell announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement under which La Caisse will acquire a 49.9% stake in a newly formed wireless tower infrastructure company, TowerCo, for CAD $2.45 billion, subject to customary adjustments. Bell will retain a 50.1% controlling equity interest. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
