Tradeweb announces executive and board leadership changes
Tradeweb announced that Lee Olesky would become Chairman effective February 11, 2022, retire as CEO at the end of 2022, and continue as Chairman through 2023; William Hult was elected to become CEO effective January 1, 2023. Martin Brand stepped down as Chairman and left the Board, and Paula Madoff was elected Lead Independent Director, both effective February 11, 2022.

Tradeweb and CFETS announce Southbound Bond Connect channel
Tradeweb announced that it is working with China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS) to expand the Bond Connect channel and launch Southbound Bond Connect on September 24. Mainland institutional investors will be able to use the channel to invest in Hong Kong bonds.

Tradeweb and CFETS partner to expand Bond Connect
Tradeweb announced an expansion of its trading link with CFETS under Bond Connect, intended to allow mainland Chinese onshore institutions to invest in Hong Kong fixed-income markets. The new Southbound channel was announced for September 24.
