Traeger files patent complaints against Green Mountain Grills
Traeger announced that it filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that GMG Products, maker of Green Mountain grills, unlawfully imported and sold grills infringing Traeger patents. Traeger also filed a federal district court complaint alleging infringement of the same patents. These are allegations, not a finding of infringement.

Court denies Traeger Grills’ preliminary injunction motion
The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida denied Traeger Grills’ motion for a preliminary injunction seeking to prevent Joe and Brian Traeger from appearing in Dansons advertisements. The court held that Traeger Grills had not shown a substantial likelihood of success on its breach-of-contract claims.
