Sistema.bio announced the close of a $15.6 million Series B round comprising equity, debt and non-dilutive capital. KawiSafi Ventures led the equity investment, which was matched by AXA IM Alts through its AXA IM Impact Investing strategy; other investors and Triodos Bank also participated.

Fourth Partner Energy raises $16 million
Fourth Partner Energy raised $16 million in mezzanine funding from a consortium of European impact investment funds led by Symbiotics. The company said it would use the funds to construct around 150 MW of new solar assets.
