Forced sale and expropriation of Jewish Trix owners

Under Nazi persecution, Jewish shareholders and leaders associated with the German Trix business, including Stephan Bing, Siegfried Kahn and Hermann Oppenheim, were forced to sell their interests. The transaction formed part of the wider Aryanization of Jewish-owned German businesses. The affected individuals left Germany, and the existing British Trix operation became an important continuation of the brand outside the country.
