The Pakistan government imposed a fine of 100,000 PKR on Turkish Airlines for violating standard operating procedures enforced against the COVID-19 pandemic. The report says the airline transported a passenger from Mali to Istanbul for onward travel to Lahore without proof of a negative RT-PCR test.
