Unifrax prices $1.2 billion notes offering
Unifrax announced it had priced a private placement offering of $800 million in 5.250% senior secured notes and $400 million in 7.500% senior notes. The sale was expected to close on or about September 30, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
