Polish watchdog fines Gazprom over Nord Stream 2
Poland’s UOKiK watchdog fined Gazprom more than 29 billion zlotys for building the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline without Warsaw’s approval. UOKiK also fined five other companies involved in financing the project. Gazprom said it had not violated Polish antimonopoly regulations and would appeal.

Poland's anti-monopoly watchdog said it fined Gazprom more than 29 billion zlotys for building the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline without its approval. The watchdog also said it fined five other firms involved in financing the project, including Uniper, Wintershall, Shell, OMV, and Engie.

Uniper reports stable 2019 core earnings
Uniper reported stable core earnings for 2019, citing improved performance at its hydro and nuclear stations and in Russia, as well as the resumption of the UK capacity market. Its adjusted pre-tax earnings (EBIT) were €863 million, compared with the prior year.
