Japanese fashion company Stripe International acquired Vietnamese company Global Fashion, which owns the Vascara women’s footwear brand. The deal value was not disclosed.

Stripe International completed its acquisition of Vietnamese fashion retailer Global Fashion, which owns the Vascara accessories brand. Global Fashion said all 134 Vascara outlets in Vietnam were transferred to Stripe International following the deal.
