Systembolaget files proceedings against Vivino
Systembolaget initiated legal proceedings against Vivino at the patent and market court in Stockholm, alleging that Vivino's sale and marketing of alcoholic drinks to Swedish consumers violated the Alcohol Act. Vivino said it was reviewing the arguments with legal counsel and maintained that the claim was misguided.
