    Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Viyom Steel Infra Private Limited, entered into an agreement to acquire 14.2125 acres of land at Village Kalwas, District Hisar, Haryana, for Rs 20,07,87,350 from seller Mukesh. The land is being acquired free of encumbrances and aligns with plans to set up a new commercial manufacturing facility for infrastructure-related steel products such as transmission towers, monopoles, crash barriers, octagonal poles, high mast poles and pre-fabricated structures.
