Nexperia B.V. files claims in the Netherlands against Wingtech and others
Wingtech said Nexperia B.V. had informed it that Nexperia filed a lawsuit in the Amsterdam District Court against Wingtech, its actual controller and two Nexperia China entities. Nexperia's claims include alleged breaches of internal agreements and alleged improper commercial conduct, and seek joint compensation of US$2 billion plus statutory interest. Wingtech said it had not received formal service and that the court had not formally docketed the case; it and the other named defendants disputed the allegations and claims.
