Wondermind and co-founders sued over alleged investor deception
Investors sued Selena Gomez, Mandy Teefey, Daniella Pierson and Wondermind Global in Delaware federal court, alleging securities fraud, common-law fraud and breach of contract after investing nearly $1.2 million in Wondermind in September 2022 based on allegedly misleading information about leadership, partnerships, revenue plans and prospects. The allegations have not been proven in court.
