Yangnong Chemical discloses proposed acquisition of pesticide-related technologies
Yangnong Chemical disclosed a plan to buy ownership of technology-related intangible assets for four pesticide products from its controlling shareholder and the shareholder’s subsidiaries for RMB 128.35 million. The plan also included a proposed RMB 500 million, six-month loan from the controlling shareholder.
