B3 Beverage Co. to acquire Yards Brewing Company
B3 Beverage Co., a contract manufacturing company, is set to acquire Yards Brewing Company, Philadelphia's largest independent craft brewer. The deal is expected to close later this month after the necessary Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board approvals. B3 Beverage will assume Yards' existing debt and provide additional capital, while founder Tom Kehoe and the current team are expected to remain with no disruption to operations or changes to the brand.
