    Former Chairman Liu Jiguo Removed from Post and Ordered to Resign as NPC Deputy

    Liu Jiguo, former Party secretary and chairman of China YTO, was removed from his posts in May 2024; in January 2025, he was ordered to resign as a deputy to the National People's Congress on suspicion of violating the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation and integrity discipline. Previously, First Tractor Company and Liu Jiguo were also given regulatory warnings by the Shanghai Stock Exchange for misclassifying financial assets and inaccurate financial disclosure. No public judicial result was seen.
