    Zhaojin Mining announced that it would acquire equity interests in Zhaojin Geological Exploration, the Materials Supply Center and Jinruan Technology, as well as land-use rights and associated assets, from its controlling shareholder, Zhaojin Group. The consideration was RMB 402 million, to be paid by issuing 49.697 million consideration shares.
