Galderma signs agreement to acquire US skincare brand ZO Skin Health for US$1.5 billion
Swiss health group Galderma announced it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of US skincare brand ZO Skin Health for US$1.5 billion, to be paid entirely in cash and covered by existing cash reserves and bank financing. Sellers include funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and the family of the brand's founder Zein Obagi. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026 or early 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
