  Donghua Software and chairman warned by Beijing CSRC over improper trade revenue recognition and about RMB 100 million inflation over two years

  The Beijing CSRC found that Donghua Software's recognition of trade business revenue in 2018 and 2019 was non-compliant, inflating revenue by RMB 65.2263 million and RMB 36.2327 million, respectively. It issued warning letters to the company and to Xue Xiangdong, Lü Bo, and Ye Li; in March 2022, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued a regulatory letter on this basis. Progress: regulatory measures.
