A report said that Baluotu, Beike, Wo Ai Wo Jia and Maitian Fangchan had not fully implemented Beijing requirements for displaying company and housing-listing information. 除巴乐兔平台外，贝壳、我爱我家(000560,股吧)等互联网平台也都存在对《通知》内容落实不到位的现象，其中贝壳和我爱我家都未同步展示展示企业发布房源信息的数量，麦田房产(博客,微博)网则仅仅展示了营业执照和从业人员信息卡。
而中国网财经记者注意到，虽然该文件已经施行将近一个月，但仍有部分互联网平台未按要求展示企业和房源的相关信息。

Subsidiary penalized for illegally subletting public rental housing and suspended from online signing
In September 2018, the Beijing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission reported that a subsidiary of 5i5j had illegally acted as an agent for subletting public rental housing. It was fined 60,000 yuan, recorded in its credit file and suspended from online signing in Chaoyang District. In 2021, Beijing 5i5j was again fined 30,000 yuan by the Haidian District Housing Authority and had its online signing qualification canceled for illegally providing brokerage services for ineligible affordable housing; Hangzhou 5i5j was also fined more than 200,000 yuan for publishing false listing advertisements and illegally trading affordable housing. It was penalized multiple times by housing authorities.
