Able Global Berhad

Able Global Berhad is a Malaysian public company originally incorporated as Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) on 22 November 2000. It started as a tin can manufacturing company and later expanded into the food and beverage industry, notably through the acquisition of Able Dairies Sdn Bhd. The company rebranded from Johore Tin Berhad to Able Global Berhad to reflect its transformation and future aspirations.

Able Global Berhad was originally incorporated as Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) in Malaysia on 22 November 2000 as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1965. It was listed on Bursa Malaysia in 2003, consisting of three subsidiaries in the tin can manufacturing segment. Starting off as a tin can manufacturing company, the group evolved over the years and entered the food and beverage industry. In August 2011, it acquired Able Dairies to manufacture and sell milk and other dairy products (100% owned). In February 2013, Able Food was established to process, pack and sell infant formula and other F&B products (96% owned). In April 2017, it subscribed to Able Dairies Mexico to produce dairy products targeting the American continent and surrounding regions (43.13% owned). In July 2017, Able Dairies Marketing was incorporated to market dairy products (51% owned). In December 2018, Able Packaging Mexico was subscribed to produce cans for dairy products packaging (54.02% owned). In June 2021, it acquired 297.51 acres of freehold land in Kuala Langat, Selangor to expand manufacturing operations and undertake industrial property development activities (proposed). The company later rebranded from Johore Tin Berhad to Able Global Berhad to reflect its growth and transformation.
