ACT Entertainment

ACT Entertainment (ACT ENTERTAINMENT, also written アクトエンターテイメント) is a Japanese talent agency headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo. It was founded in January 2020 and is a member of the Japan Production Guild (Japan production guild / 日本プロダクション協会). The agency's core business is the management of AV actresses, but its public positioning is broader: it presents itself as an office for women who want to use AV work as a starting point to expand their life choices. According to its official website, ACT Entertainment supports models not only in filming but also in influencer activities, events, overseas work, side businesses and franchise (FC) ventures, and future entrepreneurship. The site frames the decision to become an AV actress or apply to an agency as a major step that naturally comes with anxiety, and says the agency designs working styles and careers together with each model according to her goals and personality. It also operates recruitment channels, including a dedicated recruitment site, official LINE, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram accounts. The company is small and privately held; no parent company or owner is disclosed in the available evidence. Its roster is organized alphabetically on the Japanese Wikipedia page, which also lists former affiliated models. ACT Entertainment maintains an official website at actentertainment.jp and a note account for its AV production activities. Because the agency operates in the adult entertainment industry, its public communications emphasize recruitment, model support, and career diversification rather than traditional corporate branding.
