Ag-Pro is a John Deere dealership group that sells new and pre-owned equipment for agriculture, residential, commercial and construction uses, supported by parts, service and precision-ag teams. Its corporate offices are in Boston, Georgia, and it describes itself as family owned and operated, serving customers across 83 locations nationwide.

Ag-Pro traces its roots to the Groover Brothers Partnership, formed in 1945 by James Groover Sr. and Samuel "Dick" Groover after returning from the war; the brothers acquired land, farmed, and opened Boston Seed Company across the street from Boston Implement Co. In 1958, local business owner Grady Sherrod personally financed the $6,000 purchase of Boston Implement Company for James Groover Sr. and Dick Groover, and Boston Tractor Company was established. Ag-Pro states it has seen many changes over the last 67+ years, remains family owned and operated, and has grown from its early days in Boston, Georgia, to serving customers across 83 locations nationwide.
