Ancom Nylex Berhad is a Malaysian public company incorporated in 1969 as Ansul (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. It was later listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under its previous name, Ancom Berhad. After acquiring the entire business operations of Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad on 26 January 2022, it adopted its present name effective 5 April 2022. The group is primarily involved in the manufacturing and distribution of a comprehensive range of agrichemical and industrial chemical products, and describes itself as one of Southeast Asia's leading integrated chemical groups. Its business areas also include polymer materials and solutions, logistics (transport, terminals and warehousing), and other businesses such as animal health, media, IT, healthcare and investments.

It was subsequently listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under its previous name, Ancom Berhad. Following the acquisition of the entire business operations of Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad on 26 January 2022, the Company adopted its present name, Ancom Nylex Berhad, effective 5 April 2022.
