Arise is one of Sweden's leading companies in renewable energy. It manages the entire value chain – from exploration and permitting to financing, construction, divestment and long-term management of renewable electricity production. Its activities are organized around Development, Production and Solutions. Its German subsidiary, Arise Deutschland GmbH, based in Stuttgart, develops battery storage solutions and offers holistic services from pre-planning, permitting and grid connection planning through financing and construction to long-term operation. Arise AB (publ) applied for delisting, with the last day of trading on 26 January 2026, and received a cash-based public takeover bid from Aneo (through Aneo BidCo).

  Limerick-based customer and technical support firm Arise was acquired by Swiss company ADEC Innovations. The article says the acquisition expands ADEC's operations in Europe and that the move will have no impact on the Limerick office.
