AUspicious

AUspicious (アズピシャス) is a Japanese talent agency and audio production company specializing in voice actors. The business began as AstralBlaze (アストラルブレイズ), which launched its official website in March 2019. In May 2020, the voice-acting agency ACT.OZ, operated by Ansheikaburu Co., Ltd., was merged into the organization; the recording studio Astral Studio, run by Ansheikaburu, had previously operated under the name Myojinshita Studio before the merger. In October 2023 the company changed its trade name from AstralBlaze Co., Ltd. to AUspicious Co., Ltd. and relocated from Izumi, Suginami Ward, to Honmachi, Shibuya Ward. The AstralBlaze name is retained as a talent roster label, though as of 2025 it mainly covers "pre-deposit" (預かり) affiliated talent while most members belong to AUspicious proper. The company's stated business includes management, promotion and portrait-rights administration for talent; planning, production, distribution, publication and sale of events and content; and planning, consulting and operation of training programs, schools and seminars, along with related ancillary businesses. Its corporate slogan is "Make everyone involved happy!" and it aims to become a leading Japanese entertainment company. AUspicious operates the Astral Studio recording facility through its partner company Ansheikaburu, and its talent appear in anime, video games and radio. The agency also runs the radio program "Asuraji!!" on Chofu FM, hosted by its voice actors. Its official website lists talent, news, auditions and company information.
