Bilia expanded its collaboration with Alpine by adding sales and service at two additional Bilia facilities in Lund and Sisjön in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Bilia agrees to acquire BilDahl AB
Bilia concluded an agreement to acquire BilDahl AB, which operates five facilities in northern Sweden as an authorized Mercedes, Nissan and Citroën dealer. The agreement is subject to approval by Nissan's general agent and the Swedish Competition Authority; Bilia expected to take over the operations on 1 July 2021.
