Binary Impact GmbH is an owner-managed company with a history of over 30 years. It was founded in 1987 with the goal of offering consulting and development services. In 2016, a generational change occurred with a partial realignment and the choice of a new name. History

Binary Impact GmbH was founded in 1987 as Consus EDV Beratung GmbH, providing consulting and software development for mainframe data centers, mainly in the financial sector. In 2016, it was renamed to Binary Impact GmbH with new managing directors Sebastian Pohl and Jens Wiechering, expanding its fields of activity to include general software development and event planning. In 2019, Binary Impact became a developer studio and developed and published the game 'Beam'.
