History
Blenheim Forge began as a hobby in the back garden of James Ross-Harris and Jon Warshawsky, who forged blades on a hand-made forge fuelled by charcoal. The pair met while sharing a house in south London and spent weekends on DIY projects, including a meat smoker and a hot tub, before turning to knife making. James built a forge from fire bricks and a leaf blower, and they forged their first blade, a pattern-welded knife with etchings. In 2014, Warshawsky and Ross-Harris founded Blenheim Forge. Shortly after setting up, the company expanded to include Richard Warner and moved into Arch 229, Blenheim Grove, a railway arch with a long history of metalwork artistry. Blenheim Forge now sells its knives to chefs and cooking enthusiasts around the world.
